Mental Health Matters

Since 20 March 2020 daily life has changed dramatically for everyone as a result of the global Coronavirus pandemic and the guidance put in place by the Government to deal with this situation. The impact that this may have on our children and young people cannot be underestimated. As we all struggle to adapt to these very different times, as well as keeping ourselves physically safe, one area of health that we must not forget, is to look after our mental health. You may find some of the following websites or guidance useful for your families as they can offer support to both parents and young people at this time.

Kooth.com – Online mental health services for children, young people and adults.
